I’m going with Superman Vol. 1 76— “The Mightiest Team in the World” is regarded as the first appearance of the Earth-One versions of Batman and Robin because they are portrayed here as meeting Superman for the first time.
12. Luthor and Joker
1957, in World’s Finest 88. I find the opening page of the story far more interesting than the cover, which doesn’t have either featured!
13. Supergirl’s Kryptonian parents were Zor-El (father) and Aullura In-Ze (mother). Her adoptive parents were Fred and Edna Danvers
14. TRUE: Lois is currently the Editor-in-Chief, and Clark Kent of Earth-2 was the same for decades.
15. Wolfingham
Wolfingham was a con man who tricked many decent people out of their money, only to be foiled by Superman. He made some appearances during the Golden Age and disappeared for decades. His last appearance was in the “Mr. and Mrs. Superman” in Superman Family 216 in 1982. The strip continued the adventures of Lois and Clark of Earth-2 after they were married.
16. The Jewel Mountains were a mountain range located on the continent of Lurvan on the planet Krypton.
17. Bibbo Bibbowsky
“Bibbo” Bibbowski is Superman’s greatest fan. The dock worker and former heavyweight world champion was the owner of the Ace O’Clubs in the Hob’s Bay part of Suicide Slum.
18. Pete Ross
Pete Ross was introduced in Superboy 86, from 1961 and in the same issue, learned Clark Kent and Superboy were the same. A secret he never told anyone—not even Clark!
19. Luthor Becomes Bald
Lex Luthor became bald the first time he met Superboy in Adventure Comics 271, in 1960.
20. Clark became a news anchor for WGBS in 1971’s Superman #233.
