Ray MacKay is a writer of comics and prose with credits spanning multiple independent publishers. His work has appeared in publications
from Big Bang Comics, 10 Ton Press, Standard Comics, Eyrie Magazine, and Grok Comics. At Big Bang Comics, MacKay has written and co-written stories for their retro-style superhero anthology series, Big Bang Adventures, collaborating with Gary Carlson and artist Ron Williams, and creating
characters such as Knight Watchman, Venus, and Megaton.
He also serves as an associate editor for G-Man Comics, described as "the world's finest micro- publisher”, where he contributes to their mission of producing creator-owned superhero content. He's pursuing a degree in writing in Canada and remains actively engaged with the independent comics community.
